The much-loved Signatures Buffet offers a wide range of menu including a selection of freshly prepared sushi, salad bar, carvery station, popular Asian dishes, pizza, soup, pasta and more. The popular seafood will have fresh prawns available daily, along with mussels and crabs during the gourmet sessions. Patrons can order special items from the live seafood tank, which holds lobsters and barramundi. There is also a bar fully-stocked with ice cold beer as well as wine and spirits. Dessert lovers can also enjoy a wide range of cakes and pastries, along with a soft-serve ice cream machine, fresh fruit bar, and a chocolate fountain to top it off.
