A whole new dessert menu crafted by the talented head chef Jay Yang is now available at SAGE 2160.

Apple Crumble Tart
House-made tart with sweet apple filling and crunchy oat topping. A modern twist on a classic dessert served with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Sage Pavlova
Light meringue dessert topped with Chantilly cream, trio fruit coulis and blueberry compote. Enjoy a slice of this Aussie favourite all year round.

Bread and Butter Pudding
House-made bread and pudding with baked shaved almond and sultana. This traditional dessert is an absolute winner. Served with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate praline tart
Flourless chocolate cake baked in a chocolate tart filled with chocolate ganache. This indulgent dessert is topped with praline mousse and finished with berry compote, dulce sauce and pistachio crumble. Served with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Passionfruit Chocolate tower
Passionfruit cream, rich chocolate mousse and passionfruit jelly sitting on a brownie base, served in delicate chocolate cylinder plated with orange glaze, candy walnut and mix berry compote. Elevated take on the chocolate mousse.
